Black and white is a combination that will never go out of style.  Add a fun print and a pop of color to draw some attention to your look and finish it off with a lipstick that matches your accessories.

If you’ve been following along for awhile, then you know that I kinda have a thing for bows.  Especially during the holidays, I think they add an extra girly and festive touch to almost any outfit.  I also love the way a red cardigan really makes an outfit pop.  You can definitely expect this one to be on repeat all winter long!

On another note Thanksgiving is tomorrow so I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving! (:

Hi friends!  Who’s ready for pumpkin spice lattes and apple picking??  I’m trying not to rush it, but I can’t help but feel so excited for everything fall!  When I’m trying to transition my wardrobe I like to take summer tops and pair them with big midi skirts for the perfect almost-fall-weather combo.  You can also add a jacket if it starts to get chilly early in the season.

Hi friends!  You may have noticed that the majority of clothing that I blog about is budget friendly fashion.  Although sometimes, I like to splurge on something big, I am living on a college student’s budget and I usually try to stay within my spending limits.  That being said, quality is something that is equally important to me and my favorite place that combines the two of these things is New York & Company.  The dresses are so sophisticated and pretty.  I’ve been interning at a public relations company almost everyday this summer and I find that dresses  like these have been perfect for work.  I’ve gotten so many compliments on this dress from co-workers and it was only $25.00!  I highly recommend checking out New York & Company if you haven’t already.

Hi friends!  If you haven’t already noticed, I have a little bit of a thing for polka dots.  I don’t know how it happened, but I went from not owning a single thing with this print to having dresses, tops and skirts covered in dots.  Have you ever liked a shirt so much that you couldn’t resist buying three more in different colors?  I think that’s what is going on here with this dot obsession.  There’s just something about a print like this that adds a lot of life and fun into your wardrobe in my opinion.  I also like to take a lot of inspiration from vintage fashion and to me this screams 1950′s.  Did I mention it was only $20.00??
