“Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.”  Name that movie!  I bought these pants last year, but I actually only had the chance to wear them once prior to this.  Spring is such a short season in the Northeast.  I couldn’t be more excited to finally break them in though!  If you haven’t visited the site Who.A.U. be sure to check them out.  I’ve purchased so many pretty pairs of pants there in the past year.  Also, I just have to mention my new DSW purchase!

These pumps are by the brand Life Stride and I can honestly say they are the most comfortable pair I’ve ever owned.  They have extra cushion on the inside, which is perfect when you’re especially TERRIBLE at walking in heels like I am.  Just by the way, the wind was crazy when we took these photos.  There was one picture where all of my hair was covering my whole face.  I’m thinking about putting together a bloopers post of all the photos throughout the year that have gone wrong so you guys can have a laugh at my expense.  Thanks for reading!  (:

Hi everyone!  Spring break is right around the corner, and although I’m not going anywhere warm and tropical this year, I know some of you are!  These are a few things that i never leave behind when I go on vacation:

1.) Sunscreen + Self Tanner– SPF is so important so you don’t come back all red and blotchy.  If you still want to have some color use some self tanner or a bronzing lotion.  Some of my favorite tanners are Eco Tan (organic) and L’Oreal Paris Sublime Bronzing Lotion.  Victoria’s Secret makes amazing bronzing lotion!

2.) A Polaroid Camera–  This Fujifilm Instax camera is perfect for taking those Tumblr looking vintage beach pictures you’ve been dreaming about.  Don’t worry you can still Instagram them!  Take a picture of the pictures with your phone.

3.) Extra Nail Polish– With all that abrasive sand, you may need a touch-up.

4.) A Book You’ve Been Meaning to Read– Did anyone see the trailer for The Longest Ride?  It looks a-m-a-z-i-n-g!  I love anything by Nicholas Sparks.  Reading is so much better on the beach.  Plus, you’ll have it for the car or plane ride too.

5.) A Lip Balm With SPF– You really don’t want to burn your lips!

6.) A Water Bottle– carrying around a water bottle will save tons of $$$ and will keep you cool and hydrated.

Hi everyone!  This sweater is from last year from the Bethany Mota collection at Aeropastle.  It’s still one of my favorites.  I have some similar ones linked above for you that I think are just as cute.  In particular, I love that one with the hearts on the elbow patches.  Also, you have to check out the Glossy Balms from Loreal!  They have such rich color for a gloss.  I have a few of them and they are a new recent favorite of mine.  I’m wearing the one in “My Baby Doll”.  By the way, this is my first pair of Keds and I really like how comfortable they are!  I currently have my eye on these Kate Spade New York Keds (and these) (and these).  How beautiful are they??  Time to start saving! (Hah)

Hi everyone!  Yes, that is more fresh snow on the ground.  Winter is never ending right now!  ):  At least it’s an excuse to wear comfy sweaters and scarves for a little bit longer right?  I’ve been in such a pink lipstick kind of mood lately, so when I got a manicure this week I went with this OPI “I’m Indi-a Mood For Love”.  I love being able to show off my favorite color in small ways like this!  Hope you are all staying warm wherever you are!

Hi everyone!  In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to do a look featuring my favorite color, pink!  I think this would be a great look for a day at the office.  It’s professional, but it shows you that you have a fun and fashionable side too.  I actually wore this outfit (with a neutral lip and my hair in a bun of course) to an interview for an internship with a public relations office a week ago.  I ended up getting the position!  Every job has it’s own interview outfit criteria, but for someone looking for fashion PR, this outfit was a winner for me, so maybe you should try it too! (:
