Hi beauties!

Recently, I’ve made some adjustments in my skin care routine, and it’s made such a difference in the way my skin both looks and feels because of it.  In just a few weeks, my face is smoother, brighter and my breakouts have been reduced dramatically.  Since all of the new things I’ve tried have really worked, I, of course, need to share them.

Recent Changes in My Routine:

1. I Upgraded My Cleanser Game

2. I Started Using a Mask More Regularly

What you put in your body dramatically effects the way your skin looks on the outside!  I’ve swapped out bagels for smoothies in the morning with lots of fruits and veggies and all of the vitamins and nutrients have definitely helped noticeably brighten my skin.

4. I Stopped Touching My Face!

Ugh.  This one has always been such a challenge for me, but I PROMISE, if you guys can refrain from touching your skin, you will see a significant difference very quickly.  By not touching your skin, you’ll stop oil from further spreading around your face and prevent acne causing bacteria that comes from your fingertips.  Think about how much bacteria is on your phone.  When I was touching my face after touching my phone all the time, it’s no wonder I was breaking out.

5. I Switched Out My Pillowcase

I recently switched to a satin pillowcase and already see such a difference!  Satin is antibacterial unlike traditional cotton pillowcases, so i’m already loving the change.
