Let’s talk about how much I LOVE Amazon. I pretty much find myself ordering something weekly which has led me to find some of what I believe are the best Amazon fashion finds under $10. It’s actually kind of amazing how affordable some of these items are.
A couple things I have to highlight that you have seen in a TON of my posts:
The Sunglasses – You can see how I wear these pretty much anywhere on my blog, because I am OBSESSED. I love them so much that I bought one pair from Amazon and the same exact pair in a different color from Urban Outfitters. They are a perfect Dupe for the $300 Karen Walker ones and they go with everything.
The Blanket Scarf – Again, another item that you have seen featured on this blog a million times and one of my favorite Amazon fashion finds EVER. I bought this scarf two or three years ago and have worn it way too many times to count. I always get so many compliments on it when I wear it and there are a dozen ways to style it. See how I wore it as a cape here.
The Earrings – Okay, so my sister actually recommended these to me a couple years ago, and I’ve been wearing them ever since! If you have sensitive ears and most earrings bother you, but you don’t want to shell out the $$ for 14k gold, you can opt for surgical steel! They won’t bother your ears, and this particular set comes with 6 pairs in all different sizes. You honestly can’t beat that. I change them out all the time depending on my mood. Here’s how they look on.
The Faux Glasses – Yep, I’ll admit it – sometimes I wear fake glasses because they are super cute and it’s fun to change up your look every once in awhile! See how they look on here.
By the way – you NEVER have to pay the $99 for Amazon Prime because you can always find a better deal (usually one that gives you a gift card back) so you can get it for cheaper. I used the deal on this page (scroll down) to get a $15.00 gift card back!
Or if you don’t want to commit to buying Prime just yet, get a free trial here for 30 days!
Didn’t love anything here? There’s a whole section on Amazon dedicated to more $1o and under goodies. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a frequent visitor.

Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving!! Every year we have everyone over my parent’s house for a giant dinner, which I am so excited for. We are having more family over than ever this year and I plan on eating lots of mashed potatoes and apple pie (my faves)! What are you doing for Thanksgiving this year?

The two trends you need to try this fall are embroidered denim and bell sleeve tops! When I first saw embroidery allover everything I knew I wanted a pair of jeans with some floral detailing. I made these myself and it was SO crazy easy. Check out the post on how to make your own here.
I couldn’t let my jeans have all the attention though. This top was giving me all the heart eyes from the moment I saw it. Between the big sleeves and pretty dangling ribbons I’m totally obsessed. Two trends in one outfit can sometimes be a little overwhelming, but I love the way these compliment each other. Keeping the top a basic white helped for sure! You can visit this post here for more on making trends work for you.
What are some trends you are looking to try this fall?
I’ve had my eye on embroidered jeans since last fall. They make such a pretty statement and while I loved this trend, I didn’t want to shell out the $$$ for it. I was able to DIY my own for under $15 (yep seriously), and you can do it too for even less! No sewing required for this project! I used an iron-on glue (yes that exists), and it made these pieces stick on super strong. Here’s how…
You will need a couple of things for this project:
Using a paint brush, apply a thick coat of the patch attach glue to the back of your embroidery pieces. Make sure you are painting on the side that you don’t want to be visible (the side that sticks to the jeans). These embroidery pieces were really large and very detailed, so I used a small paint brush to get into the tiny areas and applied a REALLY thick coat. You almost want it to be caked on.
Let the glue dry completely before you begin your next step.
Place your jeans on a flat surface that you can iron on. I used a regular ironing board. Arrange your (now dry) embroidery pieces, glue side down, onto your jeans. Make sure they are sitting exactly how you want them to look. I used a ruler to help measure how even each piece was.
Work on one leg at a time. Apply a piece of cotton fabric over your embroidery. You don’t want to iron directly on the design, because you could burn it. The extra cloth protects it, but allows the heat to set in. Adjust your iron to the cotton setting (don’t use steam). For 1-minute, iron over the cloth covered design. Make sure you are pressing firmly while moving the iron back and forth slowly to equally distribute the heat across the design.
Slowly peel the cloth from the design. Evaluate whether there are any areas that did not receive enough heat. I had to go over the tiny leaf details for 1 more minute. Once this is done, you can repeat the same process to the other leg.
Easy enough right? I wore these out to brunch and was so excited when I got a few compliments from strangers. It’s such a good feeling to be able to make something yourself. I would love to see your recreations! Tag me on Instagram @theinspirationcloset if you decide to make a pair for yourself!

Happy Monday! I have been wearing this gingham top non-stop these past few weeks. It’s so feminine and gives a dressy vibe while also being really cozy. It’s also only $14!! I paired with some bold accessories to give the outfit some oomph and of course my can’t-live-without faux leather pants. This is the second pair I bought from H&M just because I love them so much!
Hope everyone has a great rest of the week!
